Ticketing Options:

    • Admission to all three days of Fat Con: 01/31 - 02/02/2025

    • 3 hotel nights, including all applicable taxes and fees. Checking in Thursday January 30th at 3PM, checking out Sunday February 2nd at 10AM (maximum room occupancy 2)

    • VIP check-in: have your badges ready and waiting for you in your hotel room when you check in Thursday afternoon, along with a welcome letter from us!

    • AM/PM snack breaks and access to the VIP lounge. Stay fueled and rested and hang out with presenters, keynote speakers and other VIPs!

    • Priority front-row seating for all programming and events.

    • A Fat Con t-shirt.

    This ticketing tier is two-fold.

    1. You get a general attendee pass to all three fun-filled convention days, a special badge ribbon that announces you as a Patron to Fat Con AND access to the VIP suite on Friday and Saturday!

    2. You directly support our scholarship program. Each PP ticket that is sold directly sponsors an applicant that could not attend otherwise, giving them free entrance and lodging to the event BECAUSE OF YOU. The number of PP sold increases the number of applicants we can accept every year, and this is one of the best ways to support access, be an ally and help raise up the most marginalized among us AND ATTEND THE CON.

Access: All scholarship recipients will receive:

  • 1 full access pass to Fat Con

  • 1 bed in a shared room at the  King Street Ballroom &  Embassy Suites (check in January 30 - check out February 2)

This scholarship is intended to increase access to Fat Con for attendees who may not have the financial means to participate. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to come bask in Fat joy and community. Our goal is to create a more equitable and inclusive Fat liberation landscape, where all Fat people have the opportunity to access joy, community, education, and resources.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION DATES

  • All scholarship applications are due by August 1, 2024.

  • Scholarship selection emails will be sent by August 31, 2024. *If you do not see our email, please check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us*

Hotels & Travel Information

King Street Ballroom & Perch at Embassy Suites Downtown Seattle Pioneer Square

The convention hotel will house workshops, fashion shows, panels, and more!

To snag a room, you can either get your pass at the Fat Royalty tier or can click on the Book a Room link below to get our exclusive Fat Con 2025 Guest Rate.

Cutoff date to snag your room is Monday, December 30th, 2024, with the individual reservation’s cancellation policy of 5 days prior to reservation’s arrival. Any reservations after cutoff date will subject to availability and best available rate at the time.

Fat Con 2025 Guest Rate includes:

  • Hot made-to-order breakfast and buffet.

  • Guest room wireless internet

  • Evening reception with complimentary drinks (including cocktails, wine, and beer) and light appetizers

  • Access to indoor pool and pool deck.

  • All rooms have wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker.

Airport Information

The closest airport to the convention hotel is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), approximately 15 miles away.

Light Rail & Train

Our Hotel is less than a block away from King Street Station which you can take the Sound Transit light rail to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

King Street Station is also our Amtrak train station as well.
